das blumen e.V.
the blumen is a non-profit organization promoting subculture in Darmstadt, Germany. Since 2006, we have been planning and hosting concerts, exhibitions, readings, and fun parties with good music to bring people together and support emerging artists of all kinds. To do this, we temporarily revive unused urban spaces, shaping and designing them to our vision—simply for the joy of it.
For the past ten years, this collective has been a vital part of my creative journey. Designing functional, multi-purpose spaces and developing unique visual identities for each new project has given me invaluable opportunities to grow—becoming more confident and skilled with every challenge.
Serving as the collective’s first official chairwoman for five years, I took on responsibility as a key communicator between artists and city officials. This experience taught me what it truly takes to turn a vision into reality.

The give in to brainrot videos distill books into no more than 37 seconds of snackable, bite-sized brainrot content.
As attention spans dwindle among younger generations, complex ideas and nuanced concepts are increasingly simplified. This shift towards consuming fragmented, repetitive information fails to cultivate genuine understanding. Yet, in a world where time is money and knowledge is treated as a commodity, the rot feels inevitable.
